Looking Back At 2024

As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on how much has happened in 2024. It’s been a whirlwind of growth, creativity, and preparation for the exciting future I’ve envisioned.

Professional Milestones

This year, I thrived as a principal performing and teaching artist, balancing my love for performance with the joy of teaching. From crafting social media posts for Opera on Tap’s creative and vibrant shows like Make Our Garden Grow, Switching Roles, Falling in Love, and Opera on Ice to inspiring my students through customized showcases, I’ve deepened my connection to the arts and my audience.

Here is an excerpt from OOT’s Opera on Ice show where I performed “I Want Magic” from Previn’s A Streetcar Named Desire.

Additionally, I took bold steps toward new opportunities, being in The Rocky Horror Show and competing in the Laffont Competition. These experiences reminded me that pursuing dreams involves both risk and reward.

Personal Achievements

On a personal level, I focused on health and fitness. I continued at Pure Barre and joined Planet Fitness, using red light therapy, massage, and consistent meal planning to support my goal of living a balanced, vibrant life. With Weight Watchers as a tool, I’m steadily moving toward my ideal vision of who I am meant to be.

I also carved out time to nurture my artistic skills, dreaming of a future on Broadway. Whether it was voice lessons, acting, or dance classes, every moment brought me closer to this dream.

Planning for the Future

In 2024, I imagined my life with clarity: a Broadway career, national tours, and even film and TV roles. I envisioned myself preparing for major opportunities like the Phantom of the Opera national tour, a goal that feels thrilling and within reach. My future vlog ideas are journeys through auditions, competitions, and performances that are on the horizon.

Gratitude and Growth

Looking back, I’m grateful for every moment, challenge, and victory. I spent time with loved ones, explored creative passions, and laid the foundation for a bright future.

Looking Ahead to 2025

This year promises to be monumental. With plans to compete in the Laffont Competition, document my journey through a vlog, and continue pursuing major opportunities, I know 2025 will build on this year's momentum.

Here’s to dreaming big, working hard, and celebrating every step of the way!
